Each Tuffy Toy has up to 7 rows of stitching, depending on the toy size
Each Tuffy toy has 4 layers of material:
- Soft fleece outer layer
- Luggage material layer
- Plastic coating layer
- Luggage material layer
Squeakers are sewn are sewn into material pockets for an added layer of protection
The Ultimate Series of Tuffy Toys has an extra layer of webbing material around the outside edge to cover the seams for added durability
