Return Policy

• 30-Day Return Period: You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will need a receipt or proof of purchase.
• Free Return Shipping: We cover the cost of return shipping for all eligible items.
• 100% Money-Back Guarantee on Pet Food: If your pet doesn’t like a 1 kg pack of pet food purchased from us, you are eligible for a refund for the uneaten portion. Simply bring the remaining portion of the food back, and we will refund you based on the amount returned.
• Initiating a Return: To begin a return, please contact us at info@petplanet-cumberlandsquare.ca or call us at 306-956-2245. Once we confirm the return, our customer service team will provide instructions and a pre-paid shipping label if needed. Items must be returned to our store location at:

Note: Items returned without contacting us first will not be accepted.

• No Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee for returns.

Refund Policy

• Processing Refunds: Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please inspect the item upon delivery and contact us within 24 hours with photos and a description at info@petplanet-cumberlandsquare.ca. We’ll work to replace the item or provide a refund.
• Missing or Delayed Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund after the expected time, please check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing may take additional time. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us, and we’ll respond within 24 hours.

Exchanges

• We only accept exchanges for items that are damaged or incorrect. Please contact us if you need an exchange, and we will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled free of charge if done within 24 hours of placing the order and before the item is shipped. To cancel, please email info@petplanet-cumberlandsquare.ca or call 306-956-2245.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

• We accept returns on all items, including sale items and gift cards. There are no items marked as final sale. Please follow our standard return process to initiate a return.
