LOCAL DELIVERY SUMMARY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Pet Planet - Cumberland Square. Below are the terms and conditions that make up our Local Delivery Policy.

Enjoy free delivery within the City of Saskatoon on all orders over $75.00 from Pet Planet - Cumberland Square.  Shop for high-quality pet food and supplements today, and have them conveniently delivered or ready for in-store pickup! 

We Do Not Offer Shipping Outside the City of Saskatoon.

Total delivery time consists of the order processing time and the shipping time.

Order Processing

  • Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with your purchase details and order number for reference.
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 0-1 business days. Your order will be delivered to your door.  If nobody answers the door, we will place it on your doorstep and text the phone number attached to the order to indicate the item has been delivered.

Delivery

  • Total Delivery Time: Including handling time, the estimated total delivery time is 1 business day.
  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 4 PM will be processed on the following business day.

Pickup In-Store

For customers near our Saskatoon location, we offer a convenient in-store pickup option at no additional cost. Orders are typically ready within 1 hour. We will notify you via email when your order is ready for pickup.

Please Note:

  • Delivery times may experience delays during public holidays or high-volume periods, as courier services may adjust their schedules during these times. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
  • Delays may also occur due to incorrect address details, customs clearance procedures, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Pet Planet - Cumberland Square is not responsible for orders Delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible.

Lost or Damaged Items: If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly. We will work with you to resolve the issue by replacing the item or processing a refund.
