3. Can I return pet food if my pet doesn’t like it?

  • Yes! We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on our 1 kg pet food packs if your pet isn’t satisfied. Just bring back the portion of food your pet didn’t eat, and we will refund you based on the amount returned.

6. What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please inspect it upon delivery and contact us within 24 hours at info@petplanet-cumberlandsquare.ca. Send us photos and a description, and we’ll help resolve the issue.

7. How long does it take to receive a refund?

  • Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. You will receive a notification once your refund has been approved and issued.
